It's been tough on the home front. The kids got really sick, now I'm sick, and not more than 4 hours a sleep a night for about 10 days now. I wasn't even sure if I should run. Honestly, I didn't really want to run. I'm tired. But I did run, and somehow I managed to pull a 3:40:51 out of my butt. I seriously cannot believe I did it...

Katie, I was waiting for this! You are amazing! I am so happy for you and can't wait to hear details. You are going to Boston! Hurray! Maybe we can do some training runs together this weekend!
I know you have way faster times in you, Katie, and those will come, but to pull a BQ 7 months after having a baby, on little sleep and much sickness, restrained by your ITB, etc, etc, is just amazing. So happy for you and I hope you are celebrating!
AMAZING! i was thinking about you today (i was out cheering around mile 24.5) but i don't think i "know" you well enough to recognize you. great job out there!
that's awesome! you were born to run girl....great job! i hope you are relaxing with a fantastic dinner and on your way to a solid night of sleep! it's no joke when little ones are sick...i barely want to drive 26.2 miles then never mind run it at your pace! great job!
Wowza!!! Congratulations. Rest up and recover well.
Wow! Ditto to what "running and living" said!

WOW! congratulations! I am in awe! You are seriously amazing. I had a baby almost 4 months ago and I can barely pull off 5 miles these days. I can't believe you ran a BQ marathon 7 months post baby! Absolutely amazing, congrats again, you definitely deserve some celebrating!
