Hampton Race Pics

I am so glad that Hampton was last weekend and not this weekend. Yes, I was sick for the race, but I'm sicker now. This chest virus really has my asthma all spun up. At this point, I'm having breathing issues even when I'm doing nothing. I've had to take the last few days off, which is driving me crazy.

Yes, not being able to run definitely makes me crazy. I know from a fitness prospective I'll be fine, but I like running. It gives me happy peaceful feelings. And when you don't feel good happy peaceful feelings are nice.

Anyway, here are a few pics from the race last week. I love race pictures even though they look awful most of the time. It's awesome to have proof of how hard you worked on race day...

I love that you're reposting pictures with the "reposting is strictly prohibited" warning on them. Way to stick it to the man :)

Edays HeductiYou always look like you are flying in your pics:)
Hope you feel better soon. I meant to tell you - I was reading something the other day about nose strips; Meb and Paula are using them and apparently they help people with asthma..
After Quincy I can join you for some longer runs on Saturdays. My speed is finally back so I could keep up:)

@AM: Interesting about the strips. I'll
Have to look into that. You really interested in doing a long run or two? Because that would be awesome!

OK-I LOVE that you posted race pics because I love to look at them and you look strong and fast and YES, great proof of how hard you worked! That was an awesome race! That being said, VERY few of mine get purchased or "stolen" for that matter-ha! I have those tights:)

Sure hope you feel better soon. Happy peaceful feelings-I understand that!

Yes, would love to do long runs. The only issue is that I have prescribed paces etc to hit from my coach... I only get my schedule a week in advance, but I can let you know:)
